Returns

At Be Axis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. Below are the details of our return policy.

1. Return Period
You can return any product purchased from our website within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure that the product is returned in the same condition you received it. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Send an email to [cs@beaxis.com] with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Receive Return Authorization: Once we review your return request, we will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to send the products back to us.

  • Pack Your Return: Safely pack the items in the original packaging and include any accessories or documentation.

  • Ship Your Return: Send the package to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.


3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Items must be in new condition with all parts and accessories to qualify for a full refund.

4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, send us an email at [cs@beaxis.com]. Follow the return process outlined above for returning the original item.

5. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Non-returnable items

  • Change of mind

  • Any item reported after 30 days from the delivery date

  • Any item that shows any sign of usage

  • Any item that has been damaged 

  • Any item returned without any previous notice or in spite of the return request denied by our customer service

  • Items with missing parts/accessories


7. Defective or Damaged Goods 
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at [cs@beaxis.com] with the order number, pictures of the opened package, and pictures of damaged items/parts so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

For items damaged by shipping carriers, contact us at [cs@beaxis.com].

If any of your items is missing, please contact us immediately at [cs@beaxis.com] with the order number, and pictures of the opened package so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
